Slim's Quality Burger

Complete concept development. This project included the end to end creation of a bespoke, QSR venue. The scope included menus, policies, standard operating procedures, design and site selection.

HiPoke

Brand refinement and national expansion. This project included the improvement of products, service and design and long term strategic planning to successfully expand the concept across Australia.

Premium Fashion Retailer

Due diligence and discovery. This project included concept creation, budgeting and venue positioning exercises. Blending the strategic vision of an existing retail outlet into a full fledged Bistro style concept.

Betty's Burgers & Concrete Co.

This classic burger joint, serves the juiciest and most mouth-watering burgers around. Using all natural Australian beef, Betty's Burgers are hand made and griddled to perfection. Frozen custard and signature concretes set this throw-back apart from the rest.

Learning & Development. This project included the creation, implementation and digitisation of all operational tools for a growing business. Additional components included Induction & Orientation process and new store opening assistance.
